b. Responsible for the products profit & loss i.e :
i. The need to identify the sales of the particular product and the corresponding expenses for the product for example the cost of sales, advertising and promotion expenditure on the product, samples given out, extra packaging and design costs, discount given for that product.
c. Lead the sales and marketing team in the planning and development of the marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall goal and objectives of the business.
3. Manage the total advertising and promotion expenses to be within budget while maximizing investments / returns to the company.
4. Manage all marketing and sales records to ensure the timely preparation and completion of monthly reports and any ad-hoc reports as needed.
5. Ensure all sales and marketing employees are competent through appropriate training, knowledge, skills and attitude.

Best Achievement:
1. Set up the company and organization from the basic of PT. Pelikan Indonesia as a representative office in all Indonesia to covers Indonesia area.
2. Pelikan product and it’s range has distributed to more than 100 outlets of Modern Book Stores ( Gramedia, Gunung Agung, Karisma and modern locak chain stores) and more thn 50 retail stores at traditional market.
3. Brought thw old Pelikan image stationery become a complete range modern product stationery, and compete with the competitors brand in it’s categories.
4. The successfull Press Conference to introduce and re-launched the brand was done on February 2006 to communicate and enter to Indonesia market and raise the brand of Pelikan product.

Best Achievement:
1. Conducted 8 big seminars of Mind Mapping & Speed Reading in 4 Big Cities in Indonesia (Jakarta, Jogya, Semarang & Pekan Baru) on May 2006 with the special purpose to introduce and develop the market dan sales of Stabilo Point 88.
2. Conducted 2 BIG EVENT and successfully has breakthrouh MURI (Museum Record of Indonesia) twice :
a. The longest POEM about the environment. The poem was written down with Stabilo product (Point 88 and Pen 68), with more than 1500 children at JHCC on September 2003.
b. The Longest Manga drawing 200 meters at La Piazza Kelapa Gading on October 2005.
3. Conducted the project of Passion paper brand from the beginning : looking for the supplier, production, distributing, marketing & promotion, until launching and ready to be sold at the market

1. I’ve created the big and sucessfull contest to promote the outlets of M Photo Studio by having join promotion with teenager magazine ANEKA YESS with the theme : M Photo Studio Photo Contest.
